I use the PENTA bag in my training for diving for higher balls just to get the mental aspect in check. You can stop thinking about the landing and focus more on your technique. It also helps you prevent any injuries. You can do more repetitions at one time, which is always good. I think I did about 200 saves and no injuries.

I use the PENTA bag every time I train, and honestly, it's an amazing product. Many drills I've done in the past, I have to dive high, dive low, and I can end up hurting my body. And with the PENTA bag, I don't feel anything. I could use it all day.

You can only do so many high dives in training or before games because it takes so much toll on your body. But with the PENTA bag I can do 50 plus dives in one session and I'm outta here in one piece. No impact whatsoever. Doing lot of high diving across the goal, into the top corner - the PENTA bag really helps me playing goalie for my entire life.
