We select the finest origins from around the world and roast them fresh daily. Choose from our range of single origins or espresso blends. We also work closely with our trade customers to tailor the perfect blend.

Our signature espresso blend, a heady mix of Brazillian and Honduras Arabicas roasted dark to Second crack to give a punchy espresso that will cut through milk drinks.

All the bags we supply our roasted coffee in include a 1 Way valve for freshness, and Zip Lock so you can easily reseal them to keep the coffee fresh.
Our coffee bags are green - each coffee bag is recyclable, LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) – Recyclable plastic, just place it in your plastic recycling bin.

Once harvested coffee can be processed in different ways, natural process they are left out on beds to dry in the sun
Coffee weighing
Hand pickers are paid for weight of cherries they pick in a day, weigh stations like this log each pickers weight before adding to the tonne sacks to be collected
Washed Process
These coffee beans have been through a washed process, the fresh cherries are run through a water network to a pulping machine which removes the outer cherry releasing the beans.

Artisan roasted in small batches
We roast our coffee in small batches, using a traditional drum based roaster with gas flame heating from underneath. Our TKMSX5 and 30 roasters by Toper allows fine tuning of the gas flame height and air flow so we can make sure every roast develops perfectly.
