Fit PATCH-UP: You can apply the patch anytime, although to form a consistent habit we would suggest right before you go to bed or when you wake up.
The patch can be applied to any smooth, hairless area of your body - we recommend the shoulder, back or thigh. Please ensure to lightly scrub and clean the spot prior to applying the patch to ensure maximum absorption.

Yes. Our patches are high quality, latex-free and are designed to adhere comfortably to your skin without irritation.

The patches are active and effective for 2-3 years depending upon the product ordered. Please refer to the back of the patch box for your particular product's expiration date.

Fit PATCH-UP: No. This patch is not waterproof which is why it's recommended to wear at night or as you start your day.
No. For PATCH-UP (hangovers), each patch is individually "bagged", which means each patch remains sealed until you need to use it for maximum portability. Fit PATCH-UP comes in bagged sheets of 6 patches.
