I have sciatica due to deteriorating disks in my lower spine. Since using the Wedge Pillow, I finally have some pain relief without going to my Chiropractor. At first, I was afraid it would be too warm to use. However, I found it surprisingly comfortable in warm or cool weather. So far, I have used the wedge for support while sitting and lying on my back.
The only drawbacks for me are it’s large size and musty odor. It is a little big for my petite body, and the musty odor prevented me from using it for a month. I had to leave the pillow in a room with the window wide open for about a month before the smell dissipated. I notice the odor more so in humid weather. I am hoping the smell will be eliminated after I wash the pillow cover.
Regardless, the benefits of this pillow outweigh the cons. It’s versatility, comfort level, and pain relief make this purchase well worth it. It has been a lifesaver for me and so glad I found this pillow!

I bought this cooling wedge support pillow On Amazon for my bed. It came VERY nicely packaged. Everything was wrapped and sealed very neatly. I carefully cut away the plastic wrap from around the pillow and it took shape in seconds! The covering is exactly what I wanted. I have a pillow with same fabric and love it. I liked that there were instructions stating the odor will go away and the pillow will get to proper shape after a while. I think the pillow took shape immediately and the odor is barely recognizable. I thought the pillow would be slightly firmer based on reviews stating it was too firm but it is comfortable. The Velcro sides are pretty nifty so you can flip the triangles around to create a different shape. (Handy depending on what you’re using it for ”wink wink” LOL ) Great experience and great item. It will get much use of this. Love it!

I love the wedge. Great price!! I like the different positions I can put it in. I have a bad back and acid reflux. Works great for both. It is soft on my back with the memory foam but yet firm. I can sleep on my back or on my side. Works great either way. No more rearranging pillows all night to sleep on an incline. Only problem now is to figure out what to do with all my extra pillows!! I can still use a pillow with the wedge which I like to when I am on my side. Only issue I had when I got it was it had 2 rips in the cover. I sent a message to the company and they replied within one business day. They are sending out a replacement. Excellent customer service.
UPDATE: They replaced the damaged product within a couple days of request.. AllSett Health has amazing customer service!!!!!!

The pillow came without any kind of wrapper. It was just in a big box with a single strip of poor quality tape. The tape had partially come off so you could see the fabric of the pillow through the open half of the box. There wasn't even a sheet if paper around the bare pillow case. It was pretty gross, but I thought it would be okay since we were going wash the case anyway.
We took the case off to wash it and there's toe prints on the inner sponge. I increased the contrast of this picture so you can see it with the flash, but it's pretty awful.
100% do not recommend buying a gift from this seller.
