Installed these today with no issues at all. They are well made and easy to work with.
I think it's important to mention that you need to use thread tape (or equivalent) on the pieces you connect to the valves. They are tapered fittings and therefore do not use o-rings to seal, they seal against the male threads, and those male threads need to have thread tape (teflon tape, pipe tape, etc) on them or you will not have a good seal. I think most of the negative reviews are from people who's biggest issue is user error.
Mine came with the pressure relief valve. Have read some reviews where people say they didn't get that part. Mine was shipped by Handyman Direct. Thank you Handyman Direct!
